Any licensed and reputable real-estate developer or development company, locally or internationally, that meets our criteria (such as track record, financial stability, quality standards, and regulatory compliance) may apply to partner with us.

We are interested in a range of projects including residential towers, mixed-use complexes, luxury villas, serviced apartments, and land-led master-plan developments — especially those aligned with our brand value of premium / luxury and located in strategic locations.

We offer brand alignment, marketing support, access to our network of investors and buyers, design guidance to uphold our premium standard, and assistance with positioning and launching the development project to maximise its market appeal.

Key factors include: the location (accessibility, demand drivers), quality of design and materials, strength of approvals/regulatory compliance, developer’s past performance and reputation, clarity of business case (ROI, market demand, timeline), and the degree to which the project aligns with our brand ethos.

Once you submit your full project documentation, we generally complete the initial screening within 2-4 weeks. A full due-diligence and agreement negotiation may take several additional weeks depending on complexity.

If your project is not selected at this time, you may stay on our “developer partner” registry and we will keep you informed of future opportunities. We also welcome revised submissions if the project is refined or repositioned based on feedback.
